Walking the Talk in the NTL Laboratory Learning Environment

The authors of this article now seek to shine new light on the potential of one such technology – laboratory training – in the pursuit of diversity and inclusion goals, and as a means for supporting aspirational initiatives for change, at both the organization and societal levels of system.
