Rev. John Nkum is an Organisation and Leadership Development expert, and Development Planning and Management consultant. He has worked as an organization development consultant and faculty member of the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, International OD and Systems Development programme since 1996. He is also a Partner of the iGOLD Centre GestaltOD Partners registered in USA that offers the International Organisation and Leadership Development (iGOLD) programme. He has been an international consultant, trainer and process facilitator of organisation development and change, strategic thinking and strategic planning, decentralisation and local governance, participatory project planning and project management consultant at all levels since 1988. He has undertaken several assignments in this field within Africa and Europe for the German Development Co-operation (GIZ), the British Department for International Development (DFID), the World Bank-Ghana Office, DANIDA, UNICEF, FAO, IBIS, SNV, IITA, IBM, and many other international agencies.
He has been an executive coach to many executives and organisational leaders in the public sector, corporate and non-profit sectors in Ghana, Nigeria, South Africa, Lesotho, Botswana, UK, Hungary, and Ukraine, and also in ECOWAS and AU Commission.
John’s professional consulting experience covers diverse fields such as: peace and security; governance; agriculture and natural resource management; diversity, equity and inclusion; public financial management; organisation development and change management; executive and team coaching; project cycle management, including monitoring, evaluation and learning; and behaviour change communication.
