Francesco Liuzzi

In this perspective, he is consulting to both multinational companies and Italian SMEs in System Change, Team Development and Leadership Development projects, both in Italy and abroad.

Dr. Liuzzi has a degree in Philosophy and a PhD in Labour Science; his PhD dissertation explores the concept of organizational behaviour from a philosophical perspective, in particular through the lens of Hannah Arendt’s distinction between labour, work and action.

He has been for several years Associated Professor of Organization and HR at the Nursing School of Università degli Studi di Milano, and currently he teaches Organizational Behaviour within the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management degree course.

He has attended the Global Organisation Development Certificate Program (NTL-UK), the Practitioner Certificate in Consulting and Change (The Tavistock Institute) and he is a member of NTL Institute of Applied Behavioral Science.
